Doug Bennett Memorial Ride 2004

For our 4th Doug Bennett memorial event we planned a ride from the Phoenix area to Holbrook AZ for an overnight stay at the world famous Wigwam hotel. The weather couldn't have been better for this 500 mile loop that took us from the Sonoran desert of the Phoenix valley through the forests of the central Arizona Mogollion Rim country to the high plains of Petrified Forest country and back through the scenic Salt River Canyon. This year V-Max Outlaw provided an Italian dinner for the event participants Saturday evening and afterwards we enjoyed an evening of karaoke (seems like this has become a regular event activity).
